These terms apply to quotes, orders, measuring and installation by The Home Gallery, Shop 52, Triq il-Għadam, Żejtun ZBR 1104, Malta. By confirming an order you agree to them. They don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Quotes
Quotes are free and itemised, including installation where requested. Unless stated otherwise, a quote is valid for 30 days. Prices on the website are a guide only; your written quote is what applies.
2. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when you accept the written quote. Payment terms, including any amount due before production and the balance due on completion, are stated on your quote.
3. Measurements
When we measure, we take responsibility for the fit. When you supply measurements, you are responsible for their accuracy and the blinds will be made exactly to those sizes. See our refund policy.
4. Lead times
We give you a lead time with your quote and do our best to meet it. Delays from fabric suppliers or events outside our control can happen; we'll keep you informed.
5. Installation
- Please make sure we have clear access to each window and that someone over 18 is present.
- We fix into walls, reveals and frames using fixings suited to the surface. Tell us beforehand about hidden pipes or cables.
- Minor making-good around fixings is included; redecoration is not.
6. Price-beat guarantee
Our price-beat guarantee has its own terms.
7. Guarantee and care
Your goods are covered by the legal guarantee under Maltese consumer law. Follow the care advice we give you for your fabric. Damage from misuse, accidents or unauthorised alterations is not covered.
8. Ownership
Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
