This policy explains what personal data The Home Gallery ("we", "us") collects when you use this website or contact us, why we collect it and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Maltese law.

What we collect

  • Enquiry details you send through our forms, email or WhatsApp: name, phone number, email, locality, address for a measurement visit, property type, window sizes, notes, and any photos, plans or competitor quotes you upload.
  • Order details if you buy from us: what you ordered, measurements, delivery and installation address, and payment records.
  • Technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and device type, kept in server logs for security.

We do not sell your data, and we don't send marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our email and website hosting providers and, where relevant, WhatsApp (Meta) when you choose to message us there. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't turn into an order are deleted within 24 months. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Maltese tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Email info@thehomegallery.mt. If you're not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta.
